Czech citizens can entry Romania free of visa for a stay up to 30 days.

Other categories of citizens living in the Czech Republic who want to travel to Romania should apply for visa at the Romanian Embassy in Prague, except for citizens coming from countries with which Romania concluded agreements on abolition of visa requirements or has renounced unilaterally at the visa requirement.
